We offer reimbursements for direct losses caused by unauthorized activity, provided you've taken the necessary steps to protect your account.
To be eligible for reimbursement, you must do your part to keep your account safe, such as not sharing your account details, keeping your devices secure, including enabling phone hacking protections through your phone carrier, and taking action and reporting unusual activity or lost or stolen devices. Keep in mind:
- VarianceBull may not reimburse customers when their actions facilitated or enabled unauthorized account activity.
- VarianceBull won’t offer any reimbursement to customers who have fallen victim to a scam if a fraud investigation determines that the customer conducted the activity, facilitated, or provided support in any way to the party that performed the activity.
- VarianceBull doesn’t restrict any rights or protections under Regulation E for eligible transactions.
